Later, he arrived in Bali, where he attended a virtual summit of the Quad, a grouping of the US, India, Japan, and Australia. The incident sparked concerns about Biden’s health and fitness, but the White House spokesperson stated that it was just a “misstep.” Biden has previously been transparent about his health issues, including undergoing surgery twice for brain aneurysms.
